After downloading, open the .ics file — Apple Calendar will ask you to import. Tap Add All.

💡 Tip: To control which account it imports to, go to Settings → Calendar → Default Calendar and select your preferred account first.

After downloading, go to calendar.google.com → Settings (⚙️) → Import & Export → Import → choose the file.

After downloading, open Outlook → File → Open & Export → Import/Export → Import an iCalendar file → choose the file.
